Terms of Use

These terms apply to your purchase and use of the My Plate, My Pace workbook (the “workbook”) and this website, which are offered by Confidently Human Coaching (“I,” “me” or “us”). By buying the workbook or using this site, you agree to them.

What you are buying

You are buying one digital PDF workbook for personal, non-commercial use. It is delivered by a download link sent to the email address you give at checkout. Each link works for a limited time and a limited number of downloads. You can request a new link at any time on the thank-you page.

Your license

You may:

• Print pages for use with your own family or household, as many times as you like.
• Share printed pages with your child's teachers, therapists, dietitians and other care providers, to support your child's care.

You may not resell the workbook, share or post the PDF file, post pages online, or use the workbook in a class, group program or business without my written permission.

Not medical advice

The workbook is an educational and coaching resource. I write as a wellness coach and a parent. I am not a physician, registered dietitian or feeding therapist. Nothing in the workbook or on this site diagnoses or treats ARFID or any other condition, replaces care from your child's healthcare providers, or promises a change in what your child eats.

The check-in on the home page is for general information only. It is not a medical test or a validated screening tool, it cannot diagnose ARFID or any other condition, and a result does not replace an evaluation by a qualified provider.

If your child is losing weight, is not growing as expected, has very low energy, or if choking or vomiting is a concern, contact your child's healthcare provider right away. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Ownership

All content in the workbook and on this site, including the text, activities, designs and names, belongs to me. Buying the workbook gives you the license above and does not transfer any ownership.

Payments, taxes and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and I never see or store your card number. Sales tax is added where required. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Using this site

Please do not try to break, overload or scrape this site, bypass the download protection, or share your download link with others.

No guarantees and limits on liability

The workbook and site are provided “as is.” Every child is different, and I cannot promise any specific result. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and my total liability for any claim related to the workbook is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
