Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this site collects when you buy My Plate, My Pace, how it is used and who it is shared with. The site is run by Confidently Human Coaching (“I,” “me” or “us”).

What I collect

• At checkout: your name, email address, billing details and payment information. You enter these on Stripe's secure page. I never see or store your card number.
• Order records: the Stripe order ID, payment ID, your email address, the amount, the payment status and the date.
• Download records: a scrambled (hashed) version of your download link, when it expires and how many downloads are left.
• Technical data: my hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address. I also use your IP address and a scrambled version of your email address briefly to limit repeated requests.
• Messages: anything you send me.

How I use it

I use your information to complete your purchase, email your download link, send you a new link if you ask, process refunds, prevent abuse, keep the records that tax and accounting rules require, and answer your questions.

I do not sell your information, I do not use it for advertising, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

Who I share it with

I use these service providers to run the purchase:

• Stripe for payments.
• Resend to send your download email.
• Netlify to host this site and store order and download records.

I may also share information with accounting or tax advisers when needed, and where the law requires it. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page may use cookies, which are covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

About health information

The workbook is about ARFID, but I do not ask for health information about you or your child. Buying it shows an interest in the topic. I keep your purchase private and use it only for the reasons listed above. Please do not enter your child's personal information at checkout.

The check-in on the home page

The optional 2-minute check-in about your child's eating works entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are not sent to me, not saved and not shared. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone. If you choose to copy your summary, it goes to your own clipboard and nowhere else.

How long I keep it

Download links expire on their own. Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for taxes, accounting and legal purposes, and are then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Some records must be kept for tax and legal reasons, but I will delete anything I am allowed to. Contact me using the details below.

Children

This site is for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, private storage for the workbook file and scrambled download records. No system is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

Changes and contact
