Refund Policy

My Plate, My Pace is a digital workbook. I want you to feel good about buying it, so here is exactly how refunds work.

My 7-day promise

If the workbook is not right for your family, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and I will refund the full price. You do not need to explain why.

How to ask

Reply to your download email, or visit confidentlyhuman.com and send me a message. Please include the email address you used at checkout so I can find your order.

What happens next

• Your refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe.
• Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Once a full refund is issued, your download link stops working. I ask that you delete your copy of the file.

After 7 days

If something went wrong, such as a download that will not open or a damaged file, contact me and I will make it right. After 7 days, other refunds are my decision case by case.

Trouble with your download link

You can request a fresh link anytime on the thank-you page. Enter the email address you used at checkout and I will send a new one.

Before you contact your bank

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me first. I can usually fix it much faster than a bank dispute can.
